Dollhouse Miniature Clb836 1/4 Clapboard, 36 Inch - 1:12 Scale

1/4 clapboard (1:12 scale) — a 36 inch length of CLB836 1/4 clapboard for classic lap siding on dollhouse exteriors.

Use it on a Cape Cod, a Colonial, or a seaside cottage for traditional clapboard walls. A quarter-inch lap reads well at 1:12, and the 36 inch length reduces seams. Paint it before installing, and plan seams to fall behind corner boards or trim.
