1/8" x 1/2" (1:12 scale) — a 24 inch length of 1/8 x 1/2 stripwood for stair treads, mantels, and sturdy shelves in a dollhouse.

Use it for stair treads, fireplace mantels, window seats, or heavy shelves. Half-inch width and eighth-inch thickness make a solid, realistic board. Round the front edges slightly with sandpaper for a worn look, and finish with stain or paint. It also makes a good bench top.
